- Prepares allocated session and delivers according to programme.
- Hosts Success Team by filling the role of Mentor if necessary.
DIRECTOR
- Directs proceedings according to scheduled programme.
SPEAKER
- Delivers 15 minute inspirational talk based on Monday Motivator.
TRAINER
- Provides 10 minute practical training session using examples.
COACH
- Organises Success Teams, facilitates discussion and accountability.
MENTOR
- Leads discussion and accountability sessions giving feedback.
MEMBER
- Participates in discussions and share experiences positively.
GUEST
- Observes and shares where comfortable.
