Habits and Habitats!



All habits need a habitat to survive in.

Your habitat is where you practice your habits.

So to break a bad habit you might have to move out of your current habitat.

To create a good habit, you will need to create a habitat for it to thrive in.

Is your current habit helping or hindering you?



What are you spending your time on?

That is where your focus and attention is.

If you are using your time to take you a step closer towards fulfilling your goals and dreams, then you on the road to becoming the person that you want to be.

If not, then it an opportunity to to discover where your time is going.

Time, unlike money, cannot be banked and is lost forever if not used.

FOCUS on your goals and how to accomplish them and not on the many obstacles that will come your way on a daily basis.
